Documentation

I'm not sure what excatly will be here, obiousy a reference for how to interface with the unit, maybe also link to documentation for the ESP-32 and other relevant information, i will probably also write a couple of articles explaining why open source hardware is not just important for you to safe money but also take back control and become the lord of your own house (and data!).

But as you probably have figured out by now, this is a work in progress. It'l bee done (and released) once it's done!
